This is the
Ultratex™ system!
Combining Crest™ ultrasonics with the cleaning power of our own environmentally safe RousterChem™ chemical, the
Ultratex™ unit speeds the
periodic cleaning process required for injection and compression molds to provide clean
components in minutes rather than the hours required for manual methods. Smaller molds do
not even have to be disassembled. Simply place the item(s) to be cleaned in the cleaning
tank for 3-5 minutes. Remove and rinse and the items will be spotless, ready for immediate
use or storage for future use.
The Ultratex™ system removes rust, dirt, oils, gas
deposits, scale, mold releases, and many other soils and stains associated with the
process of molding. It leaves an invisible, non-transferring film to retard deposit
buildups in the future.
We use only the finest stainless steel for fabrication. Each of
the 6 gallon tanks has fitting lids, and perforated plastic baskets for smaller, loose
items. The wash and rinse tanks contain ultrasonic units and are heated for faster action.
The RousterChem™ cleaner is safe
and can be disposed of in any drain system in the United States, even California.
Ultratex™ comes ready to plug in to any 115V outlet. Simply
add the included 1 gallon of RousterChem™ to 4 gallons of
water and you're ready for action.
Order the 3-tank version for ferrous OR non-ferrous metals.
Order the 4-tank version if you clean both ferrous AND non-ferrous metals, as these metals
should not be cleaned in the same tank.
